Visa Documentation Checklist
The core documents every study visa needs, and the details that most often trip up applications.
Most student visa applications need the same core set of documents: your unconditional offer letter, proof of funds covering tuition and living costs for the required period, academic transcripts, English proficiency scores, and a valid passport with enough remaining validity. What trips people up is usually consistency — a bank statement that doesn't match the amount stated in your funding declaration, or a sponsor letter whose name doesn't match your bank account holder, are common reasons for delay or refusal.
We review your documentation set against your specific destination country's requirements (they differ meaningfully between the UK, US, Canada, and Australia) before you submit, and flag any mismatches.
