Eligibility for Women in Engineering and IT Cooperative Scholarship: Applicants must: Be female. Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa. Be enrolled or intending to enroll in the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Diploma in Professional Engineering Practice (or an equivalent course) in the session immediately following the award. Be a recent school leaver with an ATAR (or equivalent) of 85 or above (excluding adjustment points). Applicants with an ATAR between 80 and 85 may be considered based on suitability, or current UTS Engineering students may apply by invitation subject to availability. Apply via the UTS online Scholarships Application form. Be available to attend an interview in person (online or face-to-face). Complete all required steps in the selection process, including the pre-offer information questionnaire. Application and Selection Process: Candidates must complete an online application. An interview will be extended to those who have been selected. Notification of successful candidates will follow the ATAR results' publication. Value of the Scholarship: The students will receive AUD 66,000 + 3 industry placements.
