Eligibility Criteria of the Out-of-State Tuition Scholarship at University of Central Arkansas 2026 : Applicants residing in University housing may qualify for the out-of-state tuition scholarship by admission with the following minimum GPA: Incoming freshmen must have a minimum 2.5 high school GPA. Undergraduate transfer students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA on prior undergraduate coursework Graduate students must have a minimum 2.7 undergraduate GPA, a 3.0 undergraduate GPA in the last 60 credit hours, or a 3.0 graduate GPA on any coursework taken at another institution. Full-time students receive a full tuition scholarship from the university's unrestricted funds. UCA graduates who are dues-paying members of the UCA Alumni Association. Children or grandchildren (age 26 or under) of UCA graduates who are dues-paying members of the UCA Alumni Association. Applicants who are members or dependents of members of the armed forces stationed in the State of Arkansas under military orders. Applicants who are veterans or dependents of veterans. Undergraduate students whose permanent address is in one of the states contiguous to the State of Arkansas (Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana). Graduate students whose permanent address is in one of the states contiguous to the State of Arkansas (Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana). Graduate students who have a full-time graduate assistantship. Graduate students enrolled in a clinical residency program that requires the student to be employed and reside in-state during program enrollment.
