Eligibility for The William and Janet Lahey Art Education and Visual Arts Scholarship at California State University: The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in art or a visual art specialization, be enrolled in one of the following programs, and be enrolled at least half-time at a California State University campus: A post-baccalaureate program leading to a high school single-subject teaching credential in the arts; A Master of Fine Arts program in art or one of the visual arts specialization; or A Master of Arts program in art or one of the visual arts specializations. The candidate must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and be in good academic standing. Application Process: All eligible candidates must contact the financial aid office to initiate the scholarship application process. The candidates must submit a response to the personal statement. They must submit the supporting documentation as and when requested by the university. Value of the Scholarship: The successful candidates are awarded a scholarship of USD 10,000.
