Applicants must have earned a minimum Year 1 GPA of 3.5/4.0 or 4.3 (or equivalent) with all letter grades available. Applicants must demonstrate leadership abilities and a commitment to making positive social change. Value of The D. H. Chen Foundation Scholarships: The successful applicants of The D. H. Chen Foundation Scholarships will receive: Tuition Fee Waiver covering the normative study period on UGC-funded basis Overseas Learning Allowance of maximum HKD80,000 for up to two trips Living Allowance of HKD38,000 subject to proven financial or special education needs Application Process: Apply through your partner university’s scholarship office.
