Value of Stamps Scholarship at University of Oregon 2026: Oregon resident Stamps Scholars receive full UO tuition, fees, food, and housing for four years, while out-of-state recipients receive nonresident tuition and fees. All scholars are also awarded up to $12,000 in enrichment funds for study abroad, unpaid internships, or other experiences. The total award is approximately $125,000 for Oregon residents and $185,000 for nonresidents over four years. Application Process: Apply for admission to UO by November 1 (early action). Complete the Stamps Scholarship Application in the UO Scholarship Dashboard by November 12. Submit all required admission application materials to the Office of Admissions by November 15. Semifinalists are interviewed on campus (January 31), and finalists are interviewed by the Stamps Scholars Program.
