Eligibility Criteria for the NZHPA Clinical Pharmacy Prize at the University of Auckland: Applicants must: Be enrolled in Part III or Part IV of the Bachelor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) degree. Be completing the case management workshop assessed components in PHARMACY 311, 312, 701, and 702. Achieve the best overall consistent academic performance across the specified courses. Value of the NZHPA Clinical Pharmacy Prize at University of Auckland: One Prize will be awarded annually and will be of the value of $500.
