Eligibility for the MPA Tuition Waivers The MPA Tuition Waivers are available to students enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program. All students, regardless of whether they have previously received a tuition waiver, must submit the required form each semester they plan to attend. The waivers are offered based on the availability of funding each academic year. Please note that out-of-state, online-only, and international students are not eligible for the tuition waiver.
