Eligibility Criteria: Doctoral Scholarships: Completed a degree qualifying for doctoral studies Far above-average academic/exam performance Admitted to a doctoral program in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with academic supervision Project expected to contribute significantly to research or regional competitiveness Caspar David Friedrich Scholarships: Completed art/related degree Far above-average academic/exam performance Artistic project contributing to development of artistic forms Project approved at: University of Greifswald (Caspar David Friedrich Institute), Rostock University of Music & Theatre, or Wismar University of Applied Sciences with supervision Value/Benefits: Monthly stipend: &euro;1,500 Family allowance: First child: &euro;150/month Each additional child: &euro;100/month Application Process: Contact the individual university where you are admitted or plan your artistic project.
