Eligibility Criteria for Keith William Hipel Engineering Graduate Scholarship: Applicants must: Be full-time doctoral students in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Maintain a minimum cumulative average of 80% or equivalent. Demonstrate strong academic and research achievements, including high-quality journal or conference publications. Submit the required scholarship application through the Faculty of Engineering website. Preference will be given to students conducting high quality research from a systems thinking perspective involving the societal, and or environmental ( or physical) systems aspects of the problem with applications including but not limited to water resources management, hydrology, environmental engineering, energy, climate change and sustainability.
