Eligibility for the International Undergraduate Student Bursary: The applicants must be classed as international students. The applicants must complete at least 60 percent of the full course load per term. Graduate students do not need to meet credit hour requirements if they are registered as full-time students during the fall and winter terms. Applicants must meet minimum G.P.A. requirements. Continuing students must have a minimum degree G.P.A. of 2.0. New students (from high school) must have a grade 12 average of 70% or higher. Applicants from other provinces applying for government loans must furnish a recent official government loan assessment to prove they need financial help. International students in their first year of post-secondary study in Canada are ineligible. Value of the International Undergraduate Student Bursary: The successful applicants are awarded a sum (annually) from the pool of $240,000.
