Eligibility for Harvard University - International Academy Scholars Program in the US: The applicants for the International Academy Scholars Program can be of any nationality. The candidates should have recently completed their Ph.D. or nearing the completion of their Ph.D. or a doctoral program in Social Sciences. The pre-doctoral applicants must have finished the field research and should be writing their dissertation at the application time. The candidates with Ph.D. should have completed their Ph.D. program within three years of the application deadline. Applicants who hold or have completed another Harvard postdoctoral fellowship are not eligible. Documents Required: Curriculum vitae. A research proposal of not more than 2000 words. One scholarly writing sample. A copy of the PhD program transcript. Three letters of recommendation.
