Students must be eligible for entry to the University of Melbourne under Access Melbourne. Selection criteria: This scholarship is awarded to eligible candidates who have the highest overall level of disadvantage based on the information provided in their VTAC SEAS application. Application: Students who apply for admission to the University through the VTAC Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS) are automatically considered.
