Eligibility for the E. W. Barker Scholarship: Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. Applicants must have an offer letter for a bachelor's course in sport management and sport and exercise science at the university. Applicants must possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' Level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, Singapore Sports School AUT Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, or IB Diploma qualifications. Applicants must have strong leadership skills and exhibit excellent co-curricular records. Application Process: Applicants are required to submit the application for admission before submitting the application for scholarship. The application should include the following components: Recent passport-size photo (digital image) Referee's appraisal online Response to a personal essay (max. 300 words). Value of the Scholarship: Full coverage of subsidized tuition fees (after Tuition Grant). (for new offers from AY2023/24 onwards) No bond is attached to the E.W. Barker Scholarship apart from the three-year bond applicable to all Singapore PRs under the MOE Tuition Grant Scheme.
