Turner Scholars Program: Full tuition coverage (8 semesters / in-state tuition equivalent) Coverage of student fees Students not qualifying for in-state residency may still owe non-resident surcharges Includes structured academic enrichment and program support (non-monetary benefits) Application Process: Eligible students are automatically considered after submitting their University of Cincinnati application by November 1.
