Eligibility Criteria for Class of 1965 Prize in Commercial Arbitration at the University of Auckland: Applicants must be full-time students who achieved the highest grade in LAWCOMM 421 Commercial Arbitration. As a minimum standard, the student must have achieved an A- grade. In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the student who achieved the highest mark.
